Arms Dealing With Style

I've always liked Destro as a character. I don't know of him from the '80s figures or animated show, but I know of the character from the Sigma 6 action figure line. He just seems to ooze a certain style, and I bet he's an arms dealer with panache. Here's my Casual Peek Into the Destro figure, this one from the Rise Of Cobra line.
